Our policies

 

01 — LATE, NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee may apply or the appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in partial services or appointment refusal to avoid disrupting other clients’ schedules.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.


02 — MINORS

The youngest clients we service are age 5, though flexibility may vary by stylist. Please include your child’s age in the appointment notes and send a photo of their hair to our Instagram or email when booking.

Parents or guardians may stay during the appointment or leave and return for pickup. If leaving, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointment ends. BabyBangz Natural Hair Salon + Spa is not responsible for minors once the service is complete.

03 — NO REFUNDS

All services and products are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can reconsult and make adjustments if necessary.

04-REDOS

We want you to love your service. If you’re dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can reconsult and make adjustments if needed. Custom curly cuts may be corrected within 2 weeks of the original service.

05- AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS

Appointments outside regular salon hours are available for a $50 after-hours fee. Sunday or Monday appointments (stylist off days) require a $100 fee. These fees go directly to the stylist and must be scheduled by calling the salon to confirm availability.

06-We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious scalp or skin conditions, open or infected wounds, illness that may pose a risk, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, or anyone displaying inappropriate behavior toward staff or clients.
